The subject unit sustained rollover damage with T-2 through T-5 extended. Upon recovery, it was disassembled revealing the T-4 insert is out of service and the T-2 and T-5 inserts have 3/16" run out. The unit will run and self-load. There has been teardown of the boom and partial disassembly of the rear accessories to gain access to the rear outrigger boxes
